Commercial Real Estate Video Production 

Challenge: Capital Equities Group owns this $60M CRE Asset located at 50 Washington Street in Norwalk, CT. They came to us with the challenge of presenting their premium office tower, SONO 50, through an online campaign. They wanted to showcase their unique selling points such as amenities, flexible office space solutions, and the vibrant location in South Norwalk (SONO). 

Result: We produced an attention grabbing marketing + leasing tool that used visual storytelling to show potential tenants what a day in SONO 50 would look like. This inspired viewers to book an-in person tour and helped Capital Equities Group win over key target accounts.
